Chocolate Chip Cookie Truffles

  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp. l yogurt without additives
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. dark chocolate granules
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable margarine or coconut oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cover the pan with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave the flour in a suitable container for 1 minute. Pull out and mix well. Warm up another minute, or bye the temperature will not reach 82 ° C. Sift into a medium bowl, then mix in the baking soda and salt (see cook note).
