Recipe preparation:

  1. Gently heat the cream in a small saucepan on medium heat until small bubbles appear around the edges. Put chopped chocolate in a medium-sized bowl and pour the hot cream in chocolate. Leave for 2 minutes, then mix with a whisk, moving from the center of the bowl to the outer edge, to a smooth consistency and compounding ingredients.
  2. Put 1/2 tsp. effervescent candies in each of the 12 cells of the form for muffins. Spread the ganache evenly between the cells of the mold and place on top, squeezing ganache, raspberry. Put in refrigerator until solidified for at least 2 hours.
  3. Before serving, remove the dessert from the mold and sprinkle with decorative gold stars.
