Chocolate and Rosemary Cookies

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150C. Using a portable mixer whip butter and sugar. Mix with rosemary, salt and flour, adding it to a quarter cup at a time. Pour in chocolate chips and evenly distribute it manually. Roll up from dough ball. Cook’s tip: if the dough becomes soft or it too greasy, cool it for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough 1.5 cm thick and cut it into small rectangles (1.5 cm by 5 cm). Put it on a cold a baking sheet (no need to lubricate with oil). Pierce the surface of the dough with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Take off shortbread cookies from a baking sheet and let it cool completely.
