  1. Rinse the wings.
  2. Mix spices: ground ginger, paprika, chili and salt.
  3. Marinate the wings in spices (use about 2/3 of the mixture spices).
  4. Make batter: mix eggs and flour.
  5. Grind oatmeal in a blender, rolling pin or meat grinder and bread rolls, add the remaining spices.
  6. Dip each wing in batter, and then in breading, lay out on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. appetite!
