  • 2.5 tbsp. powdered sugar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Prepare 4 cake tins 22 cm in diameter, sprinkled with a cooking spray and sprinkled flour.

  5. Put all 4 forms in the oven and bake until a toothpick, inserted into the center of each cake, will not come out clean, 30 – 35 minutes. Cool the cakes on the wire rack for 30 minutes.
  6. For the preparation of vanilla glaze in a bowl stationary mixer with whisk attachment mix the powdered sugar and butter and beat at low speed for 1 minute, and then increase the speed to medium and beat until lush another 3 minutes.
