Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Sprinkle a culinary spray mold for cake with a hole of 12 tbsp.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix ketchup, pickled cucumbers and mustard. Salt and set aside.
  3. Spread the bacon in a large frying pan and heat over medium heat. Fry until it becomes golden and crispy, about 4 each minutes on each side. Mix in minced meat 1 tbsp. ketchup sauce. Cool slightly and stir in the chopped cheese.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds in a shallow bowl.
  6. Divide each bun into 2 thinner circles (dough layered, so it is easy to separate). Flatten a piece of dough between the palms. Lay out about 1 tbsp. l minced meat to the center of the circle from dough and put a piece of bacon on top. Gather the dough around fillings and seal in a small ball. Roll a smooth bottom balls in sesame seeds. Put the ball in the prepared form sesame down, and repeat the same until the bottom of the form is covered with balls of dough.
