  1. Dice the onions, carrots and celery. Saute in stewpan or saucepan with thick walls until soft in vegetable oil. Pour in the wine, wait 3 minutes until it is evaporate, leaving a delicate taste.

  2. Pour in two liters of water and add slices of salmon fillet. Salt broth, add bay leaf and cook for half an hour.

  3. Strain the liquid through a sieve. Pour the broth into the pan. Add the ingredients left in the sieve, the corn from the can and diced potatoes. Boil for another half hour.
