Champignons in Burgundy Wine

  • 4 beef broth cubes
  • 4 chicken stock cubes
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled

Recipe preparation:

  1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and drop them in a large pot. Add wine, boiling water, butter, Worcester sauce, seeds dill, black pepper, all the bouillon cubes and garlic. Shuffle.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over moderate heat. Turn down fire to a minimum and simmer for 6 hours.
  3. Remove the lid and continue cooking for another 3 hours.
