Champagne oranges

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. orange jam
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 8 large oranges
  • 1.5 tbsp. champagne or white sparkling wine
  • 1/3 Art. toasted almonds
  • Sprig of fresh mint

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine jam and sugar in a small saucepan. Good mix, place on low heat and cook, stirring, until sugar will not dissolve.
  2. Cut the peel of oranges, cut into slices, and then cut each piece into four pieces by removing the white veins in center. Put in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour a mixture of sugar with jam and champagne into a bowl with oranges. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds before serving and garnish with a sprig of mint.
