Cocktail
- Champagne or Prosecco
- 85 gr. gina
- 85 gr. freshly squeezed red grapefruit juice
Rosemary Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 small bunch of fresh rosemary, plus 4 sprigs for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- For a simple syrup with rosemary: boil 1/2 tbsp. water with sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan, stirring until dissolving sugar. Remove from heat and cool.
- For a cocktail: combine gin with grapefruit juice and tablespoon of syrup. Pour into two chilled glasses. From above add champagne and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy it!
