Complexity: easy Quantity: 2 cocktails Recipes use measured containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Cocktail

  • Champagne or Prosecco
  • 85 gr. gina
  • 85 gr. freshly squeezed red grapefruit juice

Rosemary Syrup

  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 small bunch of fresh rosemary, plus 4 sprigs for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. For a simple syrup with rosemary: boil 1/2 tbsp. water with sugar and rosemary in a small saucepan, stirring until dissolving sugar. Remove from heat and cool.
  2. For a cocktail: combine gin with grapefruit juice and tablespoon of syrup. Pour into two chilled glasses. From above add champagne and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy it!
