Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 Art. sugar to decorate a glass
- 500 ml peach sorbet
- 2 glasses of Triple Sec orange liqueur, Gran Marnier, Cointreau
- Chilled champagne or sparkling wine to fill blender, 1/3 bottle
- Raspberries and 4 sprigs of mint, optional side dish

Recipe preparation:
- Pour water into a shallow bowl, pour 1/4 tbsp in a saucer. Sahara. Dip 4 cocktail glasses in water, then dip the edges glasses of sugar.
