Cava Cocktail

Juice of red orange and lemon give a bright color and citrus freshness to this festive cocktail. one 8 + Excessive consumption alcohol is harmful to your health! Recipes used. volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. chilled sparkling wine kava
  • 2 red oranges, plus 1 thin slice for decoration
  • A little freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • A bit of bitter tincture

Recipe preparation:

  1. Use a citrus juice squeezer to squeeze the juice out of red oranges in a bowl on which a sieve is set. The flip side mash the pulp remaining in the sieve to extract all the juice. It should turn out about 1/4 t. Pour juice into a small jug red oranges, lemon juice, tincture and chilled cava. Mix lightly. Pour over chilled wine glasses for champagne. Garnish with a thin slice of red orange.
