Cauliflower Gratin with Goat Cheese

This simple casserole includes cauliflower, cream and three types of cheese: goat cheese, Monterey Jack and Parmesan. Mingling, they turn into an amazing viscous sauce with a creamy taste and bright finish that leaves goat cheese. After baking gratin is covered with a golden crust on top, but remains inside tender with crispy slices of cauliflower. Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. In a medium-sized casserole, lay the cauliflower in layers, cream and 3 types of cheese. Salt and pepper. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cauliflower is soft and the sauce slightly thicken. Remove from the oven and give the casserole rest 10 minutes before serving.

    The recipe can be doubled and baked in a roasting pan.
