  • 4 tsp powdered sugar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut the grapefruit into two halves, cut between membranes, in order to weaken the segments. Then sprinkle each half grapefruit 2 tsp. powdered sugar. Caramelize sugar using a kitchen gas burner. Lay on top of the berries raspberries.
