Caramel banana yogurt ice cream and new cooking method

This ice cream will conquer even the most sophisticated sweet tooth. Soft creamy texture of the ice cream itself from yogurt and condensed milk, crispy candied pecans and caramelized sweet bananas – a celebration of taste and a magnificent trio of textures. Recipes use volumetric containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Ice cream

  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 0.5 tbsp. fat cream
  • 2 tbsp. yogurt
  • 2/3 Art. condensed milk
  • 3/4 Art. concentrated milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. candied pecans (recipe attached)
  • 0.5 tbsp. coarse sea salt
  • Caramelized bananas, topped, optional (recipe attached)

Candied pecans

  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
  • 1 tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Caramel Bananas

  • 3 hard yellow bananas, cut into slices or slices
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
  • 3 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Recipe preparation:

    Making a mixture for ice cream

  1. Prepare the mixture. In a large bowl, whisk sugar, cream, yogurt, condensed and concentrated milk, vanilla and candied pecans (recipe below).
