Cake “Strawberry in Chocolate”

This cake in the shape of a 30-centimeter strawberry will show that you have really big heart. To make a giant berry, we baked strawberry cake in bowls, then cut it, giving strawberry shape, covered with cream and a layer of melted chocolate. Sunflower seeds are strawberry seeds here, and fresh mint looks exactly like leaflets.

  • 2 packs (450 g each) of white cream for cake
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 30 drops of red food coloring
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Art. sunflower seed
  • 340 gr semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 110 gr. butter, cut into slices
  • 12 large mint leaves, plus 1 stalk of mint with leaves
  • 110 gr. white chocolate, chopped

Recipe preparation:
