Making home burgers from scratch is not such an easy task as it turned out. You need to knead the dough correctly! And this is not unimportant. I cook for this recipe for a long time. Each time, the rolls are obtained very tasty. Such unsweetened rolls can be cooked for any to the soup.

  1. Knead the yeast dough: sift the flour, add the yeast, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and water. Knead soft dough.
  2. We remove the dough on the approach to a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  3. We divide the dough into 4 equal parts, form buns.
  4. Grease with a beaten egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds and leave to approach the dough for another 30 minutes.
  5. We approach the burger rolls that are preheated to 180 gr. oven for 20 minutes before browning.
