Making home burgers from scratch is not such an easy task as it turned out. You need to knead the dough correctly! And this is not unimportant. I cook for this recipe for a long time. Each time, the rolls are obtained very tasty. Such unsweetened rolls can be cooked for any to the soup.

- Knead the yeast dough: sift the flour, add the yeast, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and water. Knead soft dough.
- We remove the dough on the approach to a warm place for 1.5 hours.
- We divide the dough into 4 equal parts, form buns.
