An easy-to-cook appetizer that will decorate the festive table, and give pleasure on a weekday. Miniature sandwiches bruschettas combine all the charm of Italian appetizers: crispy toasted bread, rich flavors of melted cheese and ham, bright aromas of garlic and basil. Toast bread first separately, so that it is covered with a golden crust, and then put in the oven is already with all the toppings. Serve bruschettas with prosciutto, while they’re still warm.

- Olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 8 thin slices of mozzarella
- 8 thin prosciutto slices
- 8 fresh basil leaves

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven in grill mode. Grease the slices generously. bread on both sides with olive oil and lay them on a baking sheet. Fry in the oven until golden brown for 2 minutes each side.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly and rub with garlic on one side of each slice. Put a slice of cheese on top, then a slice of prosciutto. Put in the oven again and fry, until the cheese melts and becomes golden, 2 minutes.
- Garnish with a basil leaf and serve.
