Time: 2 час. 40 min Complexity: easy Servings: 12 – 16 Recipes use measured containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. (225 gr.) Butter, plus for lubrication forms
- 150 gr. bittersweet chocolate, break into pieces
- 1/4 Art. cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. l vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 0.5 tbsp. softened mascarpone cheese
- 1.25 Art. premium flour
- 3/4 Art. semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. thin salted pretzels, slightly crumble
- Straw to decorate the top

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Oil baking dish (23 x 33 cm). In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the creamy butter with bittersweet chocolate – stir occasionally until do not get a homogeneous mixture. Pour cocoa powder and all mix. Remove the stewpan from the heat and let cool for about 5 minutes
- Add sugar and vanilla to the chocolate mixture, mix well. Add eggs one at a time, then mascarpone. Gently enter flour, so that it is half mixed with the dough. Pour chocolate chips and mix everything.
- Distribute half the crumbled pretzels in the prepared form. Put the dough (it will be very dense!) In a form on a layer pretzels. Spread, leveling the top, and sprinkle evenly the remaining pretzels.
- Bake for 40 minutes, then check if the brownie is cooked with toothpicks. If it’s too sticky or there’s a lot left on it dough, put the mold in the oven again for another 5-10 minutes. Keep track of so that the edges are not burnt. Allow to cool completely (this is important!) then cut into small squares.
