Brownie Smor cakes

America’s favorite camping treat can be turned into daily dessert, taking the classic Smor dessert ingredients: crispy crackers, chocolate and marshmallows, and chocolate chip cakes “Brownie” will get the corresponding flavor layers.   • 6 tbsp. l melted unsalted butter
  • 1.5 tbsp. crunchy graham crackers (cookies from whole-grain wholemeal flour)
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • A pinch of fine salt

Brownie:

  • 8 tbsp. l (110 gr.) Unsalted butter
  • 110 gr. crushed dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. light brown sugar (tamp)
  • 3/4 Art. white sugar
  • 1.5 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp fine salt
  • 4 large chilled eggs
  • 1 tbsp. premium wheat flour

Topping:

  • 4 tbsp. large marshmallows or chewing marshmallows

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the wire rack in the lower third of the oven and heat it to 160 degrees. Cover a square baking dish 20×20 cm. foil so that it is 2.5 cm longer than the edges.
  2. For cake: Lightly grease the foil with a small amount melted butter. Mix the rest of the oil in a bowl medium in size with cookie crumbs, sugar and salt. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the mold and press firmly. Bake until golden brown for about 20 minutes.
  3. Cook the brownies while the cake is baking. In a bowl of medium size for microwave put butter and chocolate. Melt them in the microwave at 75% power for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave again until ingredients completely melt, for another 2 minutes. Can use another way. Put butter and chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl. Into the pot Pour about 2.5 cm of water. Bring to a boil. When very low boil set the bowl on the pan so that it does not touched the water. Stir constantly until butter and chocolate will melt. Add light brown and white to the melted chocolate. sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Add the eggs and vigorously beat to make a thick and glossy dough. Add flour and mix well.
  4. Pour the dough into the prepared pan. Bake 40-45 min., until the surface is covered with a crisp and a toothpick, inserted in the middle will come out almost clean: it will remain a few crumbs.
  5. Remove the brownie from the oven and carefully place it on the wire rack on 15 cm from the grill heating element low fire. Spread the marshmallows on top and grill until golden color (watch carefully, this can happen quickly) within 2 minutes Cool on a wire rack by carefully removing the brownie from forms with foil.
  6. If necessary, carefully separate the marshmallows from the foil and put in place. Cut into 12 squares of 5 cm.
