Raise the oven temperature to 200 ° C. Baking dish (23 x 33 see) cover with parchment paper and grease generously with creamy oil; set aside. In a heat-resistant bowl or top bowl double boiler combine unsweetened chocolate and butter. Put over a pot of boiling water and let the mixture melt completely. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Beat the eggs in the bowl of the electric mixer with the “spatula” nozzle, sugar and espresso powder at high speed to light air consistency – about 5 minutes. Sprinkle brownies evenly over this mixture, covering them. Again place in the oven and continue baking for about 5 minutes, until chocolate partially melted, and marshmallows will not become soft and a little bit get browned. Lay on a wire rack and let cool for 20 min Using a serrated knife, cut into 8 squares. Serve warm or at room temperature. Keep tight capacity no more than 2 days.
