Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 Art. whole grain crackers “Graham” or 4 pcs. crispy finely chopped cookies
  • 110 gr. butter, room temperature
  • 1 and 1/4 Art. chocolate droplets (chocolate chips)
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp. premium flour
  • 1/2 tbsp. quinoa flour *
  • 3/4 Art. marshmallow mini marshmallows
  • Special equipment: pan with 24 compartments for muffins or 24 muffin molds

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the pan in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven up to 180 ° C. Put the parchment on a sheet or put paper in it molds. Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and add 3/4 tbsp. chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture will become homogeneous.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the middle container. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat with flour until the mixture is completely mixed. Add the remaining 1/4 of the chocolate chips. Fill each paper form about 2 tbsp. l test. Put 3 mini marshmallows in the center of the dough. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. cookie crumbs. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. иserve.
