Difficulty: easy Amount: 20 cake pops In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. premium flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 220 gr melted butter
- 1 tbsp. l vanilla
- 1 kg. dark chocolate
- Chocolate sprinkles for decoration
- Additional equipment: 20 sticks for candies and floristic foam

Recipe preparation:
- Put special silicone on the baking sheet mat. Sift together sugar, cocoa, flour and salt. Pour hot melted butter, add vanilla and mix. Use a small spatula for cakes to collect 20 servings, of which shape neat balls with your hands. Insert a wand into each ball. Put on a sheet and let cool for 30 minutes. at room temperature.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler and give lightly cool off. Dip each ball in chocolate. Tap lightly with a wand on the edge of the bowl so that the chocolate completely envelops the ball. Sprinkle on top chocolate sprinkle.
