This is not a real brain, but it looks very similar!
This intimidating smoked salmon appetizer is perfect for Halloween theme party. For cooking you one ripe avocado, cream cheese cooked, will be needed sushi rice, smoked salmon and red tobiko (flying fish roe) and some free time – the prank was a success!

Recipe preparation:
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Caution clean each half. Make 2 small balls of cottage cheese cheese; press one ball into one half in place of the bones.
- Done. Now curd cheese lies in both halves avocado.
- Press two halves together; cream cheese should them hold together.
- Put chilled, cooked sushi rice on top on brain-shaped avocados, leaving a small furrow along center.
- Thinly slice smoked salmon. Roll each a piece into an irregular shape.
- Insert each rolled up slice of salmon into curvy-shaped rice brain. Work quickly and accurately, making sure your hands clean and cool.
- Continue spreading salmon until the sides will be completely closed, but a depression will remain in the center of the “brain”. Gently press the plastic wrap around the dish to to press pieces of salmon to each other and remove peeping fig.
- Remove the wrapper and carefully add the tobiko (caviar flying fish) in a recess along the center of the brain.
- Press another sheet of plastic film over the brain to shape it; carefully remove it.
- Now you have a snack that looks like a real brain, but it tastes like sushi roll of smoked salmon.
- Serve sushi roll brains with wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger.
