Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3/4 Art. frozen limeade concentrate or lime juice with water (about half 350 ml. cans), thaw
  • 3 cans (350 ml.) Chilled ginger beer
  • 1 tbsp. coconut rum or vodka (optional)
  • 900 ml. green tea flavored ice cream

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix lime concentrate, 3.5 tbsp. cold water and 1 a can of ginger beer. Add rum if you use.
  2. Put granite in a punch. Pour the remaining 2 cans of beer top to create a foam effect.
