Blueberry crisp

An interesting dessert from the co-owners of the restaurant and TV hosts – the family Neely is a blueberry crisp with pecan. It can be prepared for the whole family or as a treat at a small party. This dessert will surely be your hit, as it turns out very tasty, and it’s very simple to prepare: on the bottom of the baking dish blueberries are laid out and covered with dough on top, all baked in one layer, which is then cut into portions and served with whipped cream. Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 – 6 capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Filling

  • 6 tbsp. blueberries, rinse with water and dry slightly
  • 1 tbsp. l corn starch
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • A pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Topping ice cream

Streisel

  • 1/2 tbsp. premium flour
  • 1/2 tbsp. instant oat flakes
  • 1/4 Art. brown sugar
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 Art. chopped pecans
  • 60 gr butter at room temperature, chopped cubes

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. In a bowl, combine blueberries, corn starch, sugar and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, brown and white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and pecans. Add creamy oil and mix, squeezing the mass in the palms. Shuffle until the state of the baby.
  4. Fold the blueberries into a 2 liter baking dish. From above evenly distribute crumbs of dough. Bake Blueberry Crisp 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream and whipped cream.
