Blueberry and Peach Cobbler with Raspberries

  • 1.5 tbsp. premium flour, plus more for rolling dough
  • 1/3 Art. Sahara
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. greasy cream as well as more grease
  • Coarse sugar for sprinkling

Filling

  • 1.3 kg peaches, pitted, thinly sliced sliced
  • 2/3 Art. Sahara
  • 1/4 Art. corn starch
  • Grated zest and juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200 gr. raspberries
  • 200 gr. blueberries

Recipe preparation:

  1. Lubricate the baking dish with a size of 22 by 33 cm. Cook cookie dough: mix flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg walnut and salt in a medium bowl. Add oil and stir it with your fingers. until the grains are the size of a pea. Add oily cream and stir until the mixture becomes thick. Lay out on Flour the surface and roll to a thickness of 0.6 cm.
