- 2 tsp French liquor cream de cassis from black currants
- 1 and 3/4 Art. blackberry plus 1/4 tbsp. for decoration
- 1 tbsp. whipping cream
- 2 meringues (from package)

Recipe preparation:
- To 1 3/4 Art. blackberries add liquor and mash the berries slightly with a fork. In a large bowl, whip the cream to thicken, but remained soft. Coarsely smash 1 meringue (for correct textures you will need both pieces and powder).
- Stir the cream with the berry mixture and put it on a slide on serving plate, then crumble the remaining meringue. Decorate the remaining 1/4 Art. blackberries.
