Berry Punch

Difficulty: Easy Servings: 6 – 8 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. blackberry
  • 18 canned lychees (from one can per 500 ml.), Plus 3/4 Art. syrup
  • 1/4 Art. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. sweetened acai juice
  • 1 tbsp. berry smoothie with blueberries
  • 18 large blueberries
  • 3 tbsp. lemonade with lime
  • 1 tbsp. spiced rum or gin (optional)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Puree blackberries, lychee syrup and lemon juice in a blender. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a jug by pressing on solid particles with a rubber spatula. Add Acai Juice and Juice blueberries. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Gently insert the blueberries into the flesh of each lychee. Overfill drink in a jug and add lychee, then mix gently with lemonade and rum if you use. Serve punch with ice. Recipe alcoholic cocktail with ginger ale.
