Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 500 gr. fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1/2 tbsp. whiskey
  • 1 tbsp. blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp. raspberries

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, granulated sugar and whiskey in a large stewpan and bring to weak boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Add blueberries and raspberries and cook another 3-4 minutes. Take off heat and cool, then pour into a jar and keep in the refrigerator until thickened.
