- 500 gr. fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1/2 tbsp. whiskey
- 1 tbsp. blueberries
- 1/2 tbsp. raspberries

Recipe preparation:
- Put cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, granulated sugar and whiskey in a large stewpan and bring to weak boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add blueberries and raspberries and cook another 3-4 minutes. Take off heat and cool, then pour into a jar and keep in the refrigerator until thickened.
