  1. Wash the vegetables. Boil water in a kettle. Into a deep bowl pour couscous, add spices to taste, salt and mix. Pour couscous with hot water in the ratio of one to two and close tightly cover, set aside for 8 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop the onion randomly.
  3. Transfer baked peppers and tomatoes in their own saku to a blender and grind until smooth.
  4. Wash the meat, dry and cut into two steaks. In the pan heated over high heat, pour oil, warm it and fry steaks for 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Then reduce heat to medium, add onion and thyme and fry until cooked according to preferred degree roasting. Turning over every 2 minutes. At the end, salt and pepper.
