- Wash the vegetables. Boil water in a kettle. Into a deep bowl pour couscous, add spices to taste, salt and mix. Pour couscous with hot water in the ratio of one to two and close tightly cover, set aside for 8 minutes.
- Peel and chop the onion randomly.
