Basic wine sorbet

A refreshing dessert like wine sorbet is not only pleasant it will cool in the heat, but it will also cheer you up and slightly turn your head. What you need for a summer home party! For its preparation only water, sugar and wine are needed. The mixture is heated on the stove, until sugar dissolves and then cools and freezes in ice cream maker. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 180 ml. water
  • 110 gr. Sahara
  • 300-360 ml. red wine

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and heat over low heat. When the sugar has dissolved, add wine and remove from heat. Cool and make sorbet in an ice cream maker according to the instructions manufacturer.
