Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.4 kg chop chicken breast or thigh, boneless and skinless lengthwise into strips 2.5 cm wide.

- 1/3 Art. red wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp. l worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil

Recipe preparation:

- When you are ready to bake, heat the oven to 220 ° C and install the grill in the middle in it. Get the chicken out of the marinade (leaving it) and string 1 piece for each skewer.
- Heat the left marinade to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Let it cool slightly before use.
- Put the skewers on a foil-covered baking sheet in one layer. Bake for 10 minutes, turn the kebabs over and pour over the remaining marinade (no need to use the whole). Cook yet about 5 minutes until the meat is on both sides golden brown.
