Banana and Peanut Ice Cream

Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 – 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Ice cream

  • 500 ml soft vanilla ice cream
  • 500 ml soft chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 tbsp. minced roasted salted peanuts
  • 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. Chocolate Chopped Peanuts
  • 1/4 Art. chocolates with peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped peanut cookies

Chocolate sauce

  • 500 gr. condensed milk
  • 100 gr. dark chocolate chop
  • 3 tbsp. l peanut butter
  • 1/4 Art. whole milk

Decoration

  • 1.5 tbsp. fat cream
  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 4 – 6 bananas, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/3 Art. coconut flakes, fry
  • Roasted salted peanuts, peanut butter, chocolate peanuts, chocolate candies with peanut butter topping

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix ice cream: place in mixer bowl vanilla ice cream, set the nozzle in the form of a paddle. Enable mixer at low speed and mix the ice cream in approximately within 30 sec. Add half the peanuts, peanut butter, chocolate peanuts, chocolates and cookies, mix. Transfer the vanilla ice cream mixture to a separate bowl. Repeat with chocolate ice cream and the remaining ingredients, shift into another bowl. Cover the bowls with ice cream and place in freezer for 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the sauce: mix condensed milk in a pan, chocolate, peanut butter and milk. Put the pot on the stove and heat at low temperature, stirring until chocolate will melt and the sauce will not become homogeneous.
  3. Collect dessert: beat with a mixer on high cream speed and sugar, until lush. Share on portioned banana dishes. Pour on top not a lot sauce. Put a few balls of ice cream on top, then cover peanut butter and pour over the remaining sauce. Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle with nuts, chocolate peanuts, sweets and coconut flakes.
