- 230 gr. pasta horn
- 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter
- 3 tbsp. l flour
- 1 tbsp. l mustard powder
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 large egg
- 340 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Sprinkling
- 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter
- 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- In a large pot with boiling, salted water, cook pasta is not up to the readiness of al dente.
- While the pasta is boiling, in a separate pan, melt the creamy butter. Add flour and mustard and stir for 5 minutes. Make sure there are no lumps in this mixture. Pour in the milk, add onions, bay leaves, paprika. Stew for 10 minutes, then remove Bay leaf.
- Beat the egg and add 3/4 of the whole cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Put the pasta in the mixture and pour into a 2-liter dish for baking. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
