  1. Grate apples on a coarse grater and squeeze a little juice.
  2. Beat eggs, add apples, flour, sugar, cinnamon, all mix.
  3. Roll balls from dough and flatten.
  4. Put in a preheated pan and reduce fire / power. Fry on each side for 3 minutes. Serve with sour cream and berries, as I did. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
