Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 Granny Smith apples, halved
- 1/4 Art. olive oil or canola oil
- 110 gr. melted butter
- 8 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp. granola
- 0.5 l vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 tbsp. cooked caramel sauce heated

Recipe preparation:
- Heat the grill to medium temperature. Place apples in medium bowl and mix with oil. Put the apples on the grill, cut down and grill until browned. Flip over apples and continue to fry until they are well-fried. Remove from the grill and let cool.
- Once they get cold enough to handle, cut apples into slices. Put apple slices in a bowl and add 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 4 tbsp. l brown sugar and 55 column melted butter.
- In another bowl, mix the remaining ghee, cinnamon, brown sugar and granola. Put 1 scoop of ice cream in 4 bowls and lay on top the apple mixture. Sprinkle apples with granola and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
