Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 190C.
- Lay apples on a flat surface. Cut in half and remove the core. Cut rather thin, but not too thin slices. Put them in a bowl, add the zest and lemon juice, and zest and orange juice. Mix thoroughly, then add molasses, 1/2 tsp. salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Again mix.
