- Break 3 eggs into a bowl.
- Add 3 tbsp. milk.
- Add salt to taste.
- Whisk everything with a whisk or a fork.
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Pour in the egg mixture and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally. AT the original recipe you need to quickly stir the eggs, turning them into lumps. I love larger clumps, so gently with a spatula I knead the egg mixture from the edges of the pan in the middle.
