- My zucchini, cut and cook for 3 minutes in boiling salted water.  We wait until it cools down.  

 - We clean the garlic, press through the press.  

 - We make a marinade.  In a blender, mix vegetable oil, greens, salt, sugar, pepper, seasonings and lemon juice.  

 - Chilled zucchini cut into very thin stripes, sprinkle garlic and sprinkle with marinade.
