Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. sifted wheat flour
  • 1/4 Art. sifted icing sugar plus some more for sprinkles
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. (225 gr.) Cut into small pieces and softened butter
  • 1.5 tbsp. dulce de leche room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a food processor, mix the flour, sugar, salt and butter. Whisk until the dough starts get together in a ball. If the dough is too sticky, add some more flour so you can form a ball of soft dough. Wrap up it in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle a little flour onto the work surface and roll out the dough 0.3 cm thick. Round cookie cutter 5 cm in diameter. Cut out cookies from the dough and put them on a baking sheet covered in parchment. Remaining pieces of dough again assemble into a ball.
