This “male” double cutlet cheeseburger can be easily cook at home, so much so that it will be tastier than the restaurant. Of ground beef thin cutlets are formed and fried along with a slice of cheese on each cutlet. Then they give two pieces on a bun greased with sauce of mayonnaise, ketchup, spicy sauce and mustard, with pickled cucumbers and covered with crispy maple syrup icing bacon.   • 1.3 kg ground beef
  • Vegetable oil to grease the grill
  • 12 slices of bacon, cut in half
  • 3 tbsp. l maple syrup
  • 6 buns with sesame seeds for hamburgers, cut in half
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l ketchup
  • 2 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tsp hot Louisiana sauce
  • 12 slices of Colby Jack marbled cheese
  • Circled pickled cucumbers for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Form 12 thin cutlets with ground beef about 11 cm. Put on a baking sheet and refrigerate at least 30 minutes for the minced meat to freeze. Preheat the grill and lightly grease the wire rack with vegetable oil.
  2. Meanwhile, put the bacon in a large frying pan with non-stick coating (it’s okay if the slices are a little overlap, in the process of frying they will decrease). Heat on medium heat and fry, periodically turning over until bacon browned and does not become crispy, 15-20 minutes. Shift the bacon on the plate. Drain the melted fat into a bowl and set aside.
  3. Put the fried bacon in the pan again in one layer. Pour maple syrup and sprinkle with 1 tsp. black pepper. Fry on medium heat, turning so that the bacon is covered with glaze, about 1 minute; transfer to a plate and cool. Grease slices buns melted from bacon fat. Mix in a small bowl mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and spicy sauce.
  4. Sprinkle cutlets on both sides with salt and black pepper. Fry them in a few batches on the grill until roasted marks below, 2 minutes, then flip and cover each cutlet with a slice of cheese. Cover and fry for another 30 seconds to medium rare. Grill the buns.
  5. Collect cheeseburgers: sprinkle buns with mayonnaise sauce. Put the pickled cucumbers, put the patties on top (2 pcs. 1 burger) and place maple bacon.
