Delicious and simple winter temptations – a salad of zucchini! Great appetizer, healthy side dish and lots of good. Vegetable is considered favorite of the summer diet. For the winter, “twist” a variety of ways canned zucchini. Salads are best done with carrots and onions. This dish has a special potential.

To make zucchini salad you will need:
- Zucchini (not important “old” or “young”) – 3kg (peeled seed and peel).
- Carrots – 500g.
- Onions – 500g.
- Garlic – 2 (medium) heads.
- Vegetable oil – 200ml.
- Sugar – 200g.
- Vinegar 6% – 200ml.
- Salt – 3 tablespoons
If vinegar is only 9% at home, then you can dilute it like this: pour 2/3 cup and add 1/3 of the water to 200 ml.
You can make a salad of zucchini like this:
Grate carrots and zucchini. It turns out very beautifully salad when Korean grater is used. Chop the onion. So as not to pinching in the eyes more often lower the knife under the tap.
