Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 Art. salt
  • 1 tbsp. diced carrots
  • 1 tbsp. small cauliflower inflorescences
  • 4 to 8 sliced ​​serrano chili sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chop
  • 1 celery stalk, diced in small cubes
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. l dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix 2 tbsp. water and salt in a glass or non-reactive bowl. Dissolve the salt completely. Add colored carrots to salt water cabbage, chili, garlic, celery and bell peppers and mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
