A step-by-step recipe for making Jardiniers at home.
Jardinier – Italian appetizer of pickled chopped vegetables in oil or vinegar.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 Art. salt
- 1 tbsp. diced carrots
- 1 tbsp. small cauliflower inflorescences
- 4 to 8 sliced serrano chili sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chop
- 1 celery stalk, diced in small cubes
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. l dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Mix 2 tbsp. water and salt in a glass or non-reactive bowl. Dissolve the salt completely. Add colored carrots to salt water cabbage, chili, garlic, celery and bell peppers and mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
