To make zucchini in a marinade you will need:

  • zucchini 2.5 kg
  • bell pepper 4 pcs
  • garlic 4 cloves
  • salt 100 gr
  • 1 onion

  • Marinade:
  • water 500 ml
  • vinegar 9% 250 ml
  • sugar 200 gr
  • dry mustard 1,5-2 tablespoons
  • tarragon dry 1-1.5 tablespoons
  • saffron pinch

You can cook zucchini with pepper So:
