Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. l coriander seed
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seed
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard seed
  • 2 tsp white pepper peas
  • 6 clove buds
  • 2 tbsp. l turmeric
  • 2 tsp ground red pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients except turmeric and ground red pepper in a pan and put it on medium heat. Toast spices until they darken, about 12 minutes. Transpose and cool. Put the fried ingredients in a spice mill and whisk until powder is obtained. Add turmeric and red pepper. Mix well.
