  1. Plums wash well. Pour wine into a stewpan or saucepan, add star anise, sugar, cinnamon and cardamom. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. We remove the bones from the plums. Cut the pulp into halves. Agar-agar is soaked for five minutes in hot water.
  2. Put the plums in a baking dish. Mix wine with agar-agar, pour a mixture of plums.
  3. We send to the oven for one hour, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
  4. We spread hot jam in sterilized jars and roll up.
