- Rinse the berries, sort through and pierce each one with a toothpick or skewer.
- Pour the berries with sugar and leave for a while room temperature (it is better to immediately fall asleep berries in that dish in which then you will make jam, it will be more convenient).
- As soon as the sugar begins to dissolve in the berries, put them cook on low heat, after boiling cook for 5 minutes, not forgetting remove the foam.
- Leave to cool completely at room temperature, then boil again for 5 minutes.
- Put the jam in pre-sterilized jars, close the lid. Turn the jar upside down and leave it until complete cooling. Gooseberry jam is ready!
