  1. Rinse the berries, sort through and pierce each one with a toothpick or skewer.
  2. Pour the berries with sugar and leave for a while room temperature (it is better to immediately fall asleep berries in that dish in which then you will make jam, it will be more convenient).
  3. As soon as the sugar begins to dissolve in the berries, put them cook on low heat, after boiling cook for 5 minutes, not forgetting remove the foam.
  4. Leave to cool completely at room temperature, then boil again for 5 minutes.
  5. Put the jam in pre-sterilized jars, close the lid. Turn the jar upside down and leave it until complete cooling. Gooseberry jam is ready!
