- 1 bottle of Spanish white wine
- 1/4 Art. ultrafine sugar
- 1 thinly sliced lime
- 1 thinly sliced lemon
- 1 coreless and thinly sliced apple Granny Smith
- 1.5 tbsp. halved green grapes without pitted
- 1 tbsp. apple juice
- 1/2 bunch fresh mint leaves
- A pinch of salt
- 1 can (340 ml.) Sparkling water
- Ice cubes
