Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 coarsely chopped limes and lime slices for decoration
- 0.5 tbsp. fine granulated sugar
- 1 ripe peach, cut into large pieces, and slices peach for decoration
- 0.5 tbsp. fresh mint
- 450 ml. light rum
- Seltzer water as a filler

Recipe preparation:
- Combine the lime slices and sugar in a large jug. Via mash a bar of pestle or a large wooden spoon with lime to juice stood out. Add slices of peach and mint and gently mix to slightly mint and separate the pieces of peach; stir in the rum. (The resulting mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 hours)
- Pour the mixture from the jug into glasses right before serving, filled with ice and top with seltzer water. Decorate peach slices. In another embodiment, a cocktail with apricot more tastes sweet.
